Comfort is essential to decision-making, and it comes directly from confidence. We believe that the more clearly you can envision your day at the Havenstone, the more at ease you’ll feel. That’s why we ensure you have every opportunity to visit, connect, and imagine.
Our process starts with a tour, helping you decide if we’re the right venue for you. We require this tour in order to book, but we also offer a follow-up option. This is great for a second look in private as a couple, with parents or friends, or even with your coordinator to confirm the possibilities.
After you’ve booked, we’ll have you back for a walk-through to finalize plans and ensure we’re aligned on every detail. We again offer an optional visit afterward to give you any additional clarity you might need.
Finally, there’s the rehearsal, typically held within a week of your wedding. This might be your fifth visit to the Havenstone before your actual wedding. It’s the confidence you gain from these visits that becomes the comfort of a perfect day, and that is our highest priority.

We’re pretty eclectic people, so we have a pretty eclectic assortment of décor. Our inspiration to add to it means it’s always changing, but one thing that never changes is every wedding client has FULL access to it – at absolutely no charge.

Your wedding day will be one of the best memories of your life! But even on the perfect day, it’s natural to feel a bit nervous. That’s a big part of why we pay special attention to our Ready Rooms.
Whether it’s a place to celebrate with your friends, a hub of activity to perfect your look, or a place of personal comfort to reflect, your Ready Room will be exactly where you choose. You and your partner will each select your own location, and we will have things staged and ready for your arrival.

When you book your wedding at the Havenstone, the time you reserve is fully Private & Exclusive to you and your guests. This means no tours or other events will take place during your time anywhere on the entire 18 acre property, and there’s an additional benefit…
When we’re not hosting weddings or private events, we’re often crafting unique setups for photography or hosting sessions that take advantage of them. Since all public areas of the Havenstone are yours during your reservation, these creative settings are available for you to use as well.
