Our ONLY event that is open to the public...

 

What is it?

A Fall/Halloween themed event that is geared toward families and younger children: no jump scares, no gore, no horror. Just some mild Halloween fun - think eerie, not terrifying. You'll see pumpkins, some skulls, some dolls, and more - but no one will be chasing your kids with a chainsaw while they cry and you try to figure out how you'll ever get them to fall asleep again. 

 

Your admission covers:

• A trip for everyone down the Harvest Hunt scavenger trail
  • You'll have a list of things to find along the way - think you can spot them all?
• Full access to all public photography areas and settings (just bring your camera!)
  • Including the "Leaf Pile"

 

Add on the "Paint a Pumpkin" option to your Harvest Hunt:

• While you work to spot all of the items on our trail, look for the perfect wooden cutout that you would like to take home with you
• Cutouts start at $5 each, with an option to grab something even bigger if you prefer
• Bring them with you from the trail to the craft area and paint them before you leave
• You can choose to have any number of people take part in your group - not everyone is required to participate (just the kids, all of you, just grandma, etc.)

This is a rain or shine event - if it's a Saturday between 12pm-4pm in October, it's on!

 

how much does all of this cost?

Admission is $10 per person

• Cash, card & Venmo is accepted
• If your household is more than 5 people, we freeze the rate at $50 (6, 7 or 8 of you? Still $50)
  • MUST be from the same household - please don't take advantage of us trying to help larger families
• Children 2 and under are free (the only exception is if they want to participate in the "Paint a Pumpkin" activity)

 

sounds great, but I wish it was a private event

We've got you covered! If you'd prefer, you can book our "Photography Pass" anytime during the month of October and you can get everything above included for free. Our passes are $100/hour, and guarantee private, exclusive time at the Havenstone: no other people, just you and your family (and the occasional staff member).

• Note- vendors are only present during the 12pm-4pm public times

 

I'm a vendor - can I take part?

Probably! Just send us an email at info@thehavenstone.com and let us know more:

• Your name and contact information
• The name of your business
• What you would be selling and their average/typical cost

 

And some other stuff to know:

• Vendors need to provide their own table/chair/canopy (if they prefer to have one)
• The rate is $25 per Saturday or $80 for the entire month if you commit to all 4 events
• There are no refunds - the event is rain or shine

 

i've never been to the havenstone before - how many photography settings are there and why is it such a big deal?

We're glad you asked! Our settings are constantly being expanded and improved. At this point, it would be very difficult to use them all in an hour with your family - we have that much variety! Visit our Photography page to learn more, or just check out our GPS property map below:
