Wedding Wishes

 

Wishes are meant to be granted... So we're excited to announce an opportunity for FIVE couples that are in need of making their dream a reality.

 

Did you miss out on the photos you wanted from your wedding because of COVID? Were you just not in a place at the time you were married to afford the ceremony you wanted? Are you engaged but not having luck in finding a venue that fits your budget? Have you been toying with the idea of a spontaneous wedding this year but need something to give you a nudge?

 

We have selected 5 Saturdays between now and the end of 2023. We will review the submissions made to this campaign and we will select 5 couples to have their wedding ceremony at the Havenstone for a HIGHLY discounted rate of only $500. (It's a 5 for 5 for 5 situation)

Why? Because we have a wish too. We wish that we had more marketing content for our wedding ceremony offerings, and we aren't patient enough to wait for our booked weddings to get them. We also can't expect every client to give us access to their private event to collect what we need, so we're turning this into a win-win. Or a wish-wish. Or something like that.

 

Each couple selected will be granted our standard 3 hour wedding ceremony package with everything it typically includes. The process will be just like any other ceremony (contract, invoice, payment, verification of liability insurance, etc.), but accelerated since we're talking about this year.

 

What are the dates, you ask? Again, they're all Saturdays. A couple are completely open, but a few have additional bookings so we will have to discuss times to avoid any overlap. Here they are:

If we REALLY like your story, we might be able to discuss an alternate date if none of these work.

 

So that's it. Let us know all about you, your event, and your vision. We will take it from there and let you know if you've been selected. Chosen couples must still have day-of liability insurance for their event and must agree to allow the Havenstone full access to their event for photography and/or videography. They must also agree to give the Havenstone full release of all images, video, and audio captured to be used for marketing and other such purposes. A contract for this event must be signed and a non-refundable payment in full must be made at that time to lock in the date.
